This post is about the causes of every kind of problem you can have about your scalp and your hair. So, let’s list them one by one.
- Poor Blood Flow.
Poor blood flow can be due to high level of stress as a result of maybe poor diet. If you have a poor diet (eating a lot of fatty foods). Anemia also causes poor blood flow.
- Excess Level of DHT Hormones.
This can be caused by excess amount of sebum production, poor diet, high level of stress and poor blood flow.
- Condition of your hair and scalp.
This can be due to the following;
- The bad products on your scalp and hair
- The way you treat your hair
- Braid or style your hair all the time
- Use of chemical products like relaxers, dyes
- High level of stress
- Poor blood flow
So guys, I do not know if you have noticed like me, all those three reasons are linked to a poor diet, high level of stress and lack of oxygen in the body. So, we really have to be careful.
